What e-Change Can Mean to Your Organization

On the First Threshold, new approaches to communication, leadership and teamwork produce a marked rise in productivity as well as customer and job satisfaction levels. In the OD Suite, face-to-face Team and Leadership workshops are augmented by a series of intranet exercises, simulations, quizzes and interactive assessments designed to bring the Development process online. An intranet area is provided so that Development has a virtual community participants can access no matter where they are located. This simple step changes the dynamics of workshop follow-up and implementation as we currently know it. Change and Development can now be ongoing! In a sense, the workshop never ends, with expert guidance always available.

Coaching and Personal Development are meanwhile taken online in the Coaching area, where participants learn from online workshops and simulations as well as online discussion groups that are support groups for new coaches. Web software helps coaches work with their assigned employees, create Development Plans and strategies for learning. Coaching is integral to full implementation of any effective Development effort, and bringing key parts of it online is an obvious step.
