Ingenuity Bank™ is your Innovation Infostructure--new Enterprise Software to capture the best of your organization's thinking. Ingenuity Bank™ lets employees use the Ingenuity e-Tools to generate new ideas, then develop it according to expert questions in the Idea Greenhouse and finally deposit it in the Ingenuity Bank Depository.

There members of your Innovation Review Team can evaluate and rank each new idea. The innovations are then displayed with the highest rankings at the top. The software allows New Product Ideas, Cost-Saving or Process Ideas and separate Project Ideas--with their own review system for the team involved. Employees receive Innovation Points and rewards set by your organization.

This computerized system, running over your intranet, not only increases the number of new ideas, it also prevents bottlenecks in the review process by having the innovator develop the idea first, so that the Review Team does not have to do as much research.

Ingenuity Bank also has an Innovation Virtual Community, online threaded discussion where innovators and/or Innovation facilitators can talk about the organization and their experience in pushing ideas through the system.
