Vision Mapper™ For years, Visionary Team Planning sessions--in which a large, paper "Vision Map" is created--have been used by large organizations to align the team with a 3-year to 5-year strategic plan. Npw for the first time, our patent-pending Vision Mapper allows the posting of the map on the Web for the entire team to use and update. Live Visioning sessions from Chrysalis Consulting help the team discover its best strategy for the future. A "Map Maker" is then assigned to create an online version of the 3-5 year Vision.

Behind each project icon on the electronic Vision Map, team members can click and see a progress report on the Action Steps needed to implement the plan. Or they can click and see a Trend-Tracker page. This allows you to see what Action Steps are completed, current, due soon or overdue -- and who is responsible for carrying them out. The software allows the team member to then comment on the action.
